Developed sourcing strategies for the Integrated Circuits, Thyristors and Connectors areas with an annual spend of $110 million and 26 strategic suppliers.▪ Negotiated the organization’s first Application-Specific Integrated Circuit (ASIC) Joint Development Agreement to protect trade secrets related to cooking technology.▪ Spearheaded a $30 million Request for Proposal for an updated microcontroller strategy realizing a 15% reduction in spend through incumbent supplier negotiations and new supplier onboarding.
