Lead and develop a large multi functional organization responsible for all real property life cycle decisions including Denovo, relocation, expansion, renewal, closure and surplus real estate requirements nationally. Accountable to executive leadership for coordinating and reporting development pipeline forecast and results. Oversee dedicated broker occupier services program, sale leaseback of owned assets, and confirm capital allocation is consistent with corporate budgets.
