I joined KSS as an Associate in March 2006, becoming an Associate Director of the company in 2013. I am a registered architect with an MSc in Property Development & Project Management, giving me a useful insight into the wider development process and the role which design can play within it.I have a broad based experience, encompassing mixed use/ commercial/ residential, education, and sports and leisure sectors. My practical approach and all-round ability enable me to operate effectively from the concept stage through to management of the delivery process. I particularly enjoy the early, ‘optioneering’ stages, where design can have a huge influence on viability and the direction of the process. I have an attentive ear, listen to what’s said and have a determination to always deliver the client’s objectives. Within the practice I am responsible for establishing and maintaining environmental and sustainability procedures, and I am a core member of the quality assurance management team.

I joined KSS in 2006 concentrating initially on the commercial office sector and large scale, mixed use retail and residential projects in London and the South East. In 2008 my role expanded to include the further education sector, involving masterplanning and delivery of new build and refurbishment projects for the College of Haringey, Enfield and North East London at their Enfield and Tottenham Centres.

I embarked on this MSc programme in Property development and Project Management primarily to help me understand the commercial realities.
