-Design and implement shows for small and large scale venues. Some include Madison Square Garden, Brooklyn Mirage (Avant Gardner), MetLife Stadium. -Some recent shows include: Macy’s Fourth of July Spectacular, Ranger Playoff games, Tiesto and Chainsmokers at Brooklyn Mirage, and Giant’s Home Opener game at MetLife.-Responsibilities include setting up CO2 suppression system for flame towers, wiring pyro modules, learning show programming, and having a basic understanding of ATF regulations.

My research was based on self-repairing drones where a quadcopter UAV detected a problem with a propeller and landed, and would replace the damaged propeller with a spare. The repair process started by ejecting the broken propeller from one of the arms, and then replacing the propeller with the onboard spare by moving the propeller from the center of the UAV to the motor and installing it. The project built on initial work performed by previous students, integrating novel mechanisms and developing a control strategy. Future work entailed performing full system tests by replacing a propeller and conducting a test flight with a full drone. This will ensure the UAV can continue its mission without being permanently grounded, reducing the number of damaged drones littering the ground.
