Criminal and personal injury trial lawyer Michael Dolan, a former Army officer, was admitted to the State Bar of Connecticut in 1996 and has been a criminal and personal injury trial lawyer since that time. He has tried a wide variety of cases in State and Federal Court. Michael Dolan has represented individuals charged with white-collar crimes, drug offenses, and violent crimes. His civil litigation practice protects the rights of individuals injured in automobile accidents, struggling with the wrongful death of a loved one, or bringing civil rights claims. He has represented boards of education in general litigation and policy development, as well as various municipalities in property tax appeals. In addition, Michael Dolan has represented clients in numerous appeals in both state and federal courts.Attorney Dolan is a member of the New Haven County Bar Association, State Bar of Connecticut, Connecticut Trial Lawyers Association, Connecticut Criminal Trial Lawyers Association, Connecticut Attorneys for Criminal Justice, and National Criminal Trial Association.He is a Magna Cum Laude graduate of the Quinnipiac University School of Law and the United States Military Academy. In his free time, Michael Dolan is an avid motorcyclist, boxer, and long-distance runner.
