P&L, strategy & operational accountability for bp’s retail network of ~500 retail gas station network across NY and NJ.

Accountable for strategic review and delivery of optimized merchandise supply chain for the ~1000 ampm locations inclusive of:-physical supply chain operations-merchandise supplier contracts and trading terms-implementing new head office merchandise and at store IT solution (JDA / ESO)

Accountable for gross margin delivery, range management, procurement, supply chain operations, food safety and product development the national chain of ~150 restaurants.

Led the delivery of enhanced customer solutions, product development, major account sales management and new product sales across the Loscam Group (China, Australia & New Zealand, South East Asia). Member of the Loscam Executive Committee reporting to CEO.

Accountable for sales, product development and customer solution development across the ANZ region.

Managed the merchandise supply chain management for 320 BP Retail convenience storesinclusive of 3PL cross dock and transport operations, centralised merchandise replenishment team and supplier negotiations relating to supply chain rebates.P&L ownership of supply chain operations.

Accountable for end to end designed and implementation of centralised store merchandise replenishment for BP Retail UK company owned store operations and subsequent end to end supply chain optimization.Additional duties included:- Interim UK Retail Supply Chain Manager- Design the business model (Buying Group offer) to enable BP's company owned merchandise offer to be leveraged across their dealer operated network

Accountable for strategy, re-structuring, sales and operations. Managed the sale of business as a going concern whilst in the UK working for BP with the transaction effective 1st January 2010.*Managed my fathers exit of business he founded and I had supported for a number of years.
