I am an animateur and educator - I help people make a living doing what they love. I create learning experiences which are personalized, meaningful, practical and fun.I co-founded Edgeware Creative Entrepreneurship, a business training and coaching company, and maintain my own coaching practice. I have worked a lot in community cultural development and find joy and inspiration in cross-cultural work across business design, coaching-mentoring, and vocational education and training. I am passionately engaged with the Indigenous cultures of my homeland, and continue to learn from them.I've danced around in universities for years, as a course convenor, lecturer, designer and facilitator. In July 2023 I began a PhD research project at the School of Media and Communications, College of Design and Social Context, RMIT. My research focuses on bout Ageing in Place, Data, Social-Cultural Animation, Education, Wisdom and AIAs I grow my practice I am increasingly influenced and inspired by the Solution Focused coaching movement.
