Alertus Technologies partners with campuses, schools, corporate spaces, governmental agencies, transportation, and facilities to meet their mass notification and crisis communication needs through products and solutions.• Responsible for recruitment in support of various divisions such as; Product Development/ Engineering, Client Services, Sales, Finance & Accounting, Operations, Marketing, Technical Support and Customer Success. • Perform full lifecycle recruitment functions, which includes sourcing (via LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, & Lever Hire), interviewing (via phone, video, & onsite), screening, and written offers (via Bamboo HR).• Extend all offers of employment to selected candidates with coordination of the Hiring Manager, HR Business Partner, and Compensation Manager, all within the established guidelines.• Visit all hiring-manager departments to develop a thorough understanding of the department culture in order to help candidates fully understand the opportunity.

• Responsible for full life-cycle recruiting and sourcing for variety of engineering, operational, and administrative roles, including Quality Engineers, Superintendents, Operations Coordinators, Manufacturing Engineers, Facility/Maintenance Technicians, Production Planners and other professional roles• Compiled and produced qualified candidates’ information for hiring manager review and liaised between parties to coordinate formal, management interviews• Prepare resumes for presentation to clients and coach candidates through the interview process• Developed recruiting techniques designed to identify qualified professionals• Collaborate with hiring managers, coach, and consult with hiring managers to determine job-specific screening, selection criteria and to develop interviewing questions• Build specific candidate pool for career opportunities through direct sourcing, employee referrals, networking, job postings, evaluation of applicant credentials, and conducting initial pre-screen phone interviews

• Manage a database of active, inactive, and prospective customers averaging 100-150 accounts on a monthly cycle of touches, including cold calls, appointment setting, in-person visits, database development, networking and mailings• Operational duties include timely sales report submittals, weekly payroll data entry, any payroll adjustments or credits submitted, billing assistance with clients, maintaining Google calendar for organizational efficiency and excel spreadsheets for talent flow and processing • Reviewing of resumes, screening processes, interviewing, full hiring procedures and on boarding, pertinent background screenings, policy and procedure instruction, timekeeping- completed prior to submission and attachment to assignments • Secure high-value and high volume accounts through consultative selling, effective customer solutions and promoting compelling business opportunities

• Execute high-pressure decisions, including awarding of points and imposition of penalties under time constraints• Compile scores, statistics and other athletic records for verification purposes with high degree of accuracy• Confer with coaches, players and umpires to discuss calls and disputes• Manage behavior of players, coaches and crowd to facilitate game play• Award points, verified score calculations and communicate end-of-game results to teams and spectators
