I am a seasoned cyber security leader and have spent the last 15 years partnering with executives from a range of leading organisations to help define and implement their IT security programs. I have worked across a range of industries including, financial services, telecommunications, utilities and governments in both Australia and Asia. My breadth and depth of experience across this diverse organisational landscape has shown me that a successful IT security capability needs to be agile, dynamic and enable the business (rather than constraining it). My experience covers the broad spectrum of the cyber security space, from early strategy and assessment, right through to implementation and operations. For example, I have recently:• Reviewed identity & access management capabilities for several financial services organisations that were expending wasted time and effort dealing with manual processes.
