Helping the business to build a globally aligned model for resource forecasting and pivital in several global re-engeneering programms.

Managing the development and improvement of the Planning and Forecasting function at the Oldest Medical Defence organisation in the world. My role included managing the entire staff planning process. Long term forecasting, short term planning, scheduling and real time management. developing excel based planning models that enabled the MDU to achieve SLA targets cosistently.
