Having taken the Electrical course through the NBCC in 2009 - 2010 I have accrued a vast skill set in my field. I started off in the residential and commercial field with Tri-Volt in Miramichi, NB. There I learned about electric motor repair and residential troubleshooting as well as installation.From there I moved onto Southern Ontario to build solar panel arrays to feed the power grid in the area. I was able to obtain more skills in blue print reading and solar panel installation.In 2011 I took a job with Industrial Rail Service in New Brunswick where I was trained on the refurbishment of passenger rail cars for Via rail. This job included a large amount of installation, fabrication and troubleshooting techniques to ensure proper quality was obtained before turning the finished product over to the client.After this I went to Alberta to work in the oil fields with Kiewit Energy services. This position allowing me to use my heat tracing skills to ensure that the liquids kept flowing on even the coldest times of the year.After leaving Kiewit to return to school, I took a position at CAD railway in New Brunswick while attending my training. Working on the Via rail passenger cars once again; I was more in a role ensuring quality for the completed work as well as training the new staff on the tasks required.Once I completed received my Interpersonal Licence at the end of 2013, I was request by CAD railway to move to Montreal, QC on a contract to train the new staff they had on the recently relocated project. From there I went to Callisto Construction in Mildred lake, AB to work a crusher/conveyor project. This is where trained for fiber optic installation and splicing. I also had over came many obstacles for cable and tray routing that taught me to think quick to meet deadlines.When that project ended I went to Shermco in Kearl Lake, AB to do an almost identical project to Mildred Lake, AB. This contract came to an end in March 2015.
