As the design team lead, I manage the four-person team and oversee the design and front-end development of products ranging from web sites and mobile apps to blogs, Facebook and other hosted solutions, white label implementations and content delivery partnerships. Projects include the recently completed redesign and rebuild of dispatch.com and 10tv.com and the continued improvement and evolution of the rest of the company's diverse digital product line.As the design team's information architect, my role in design projects is to work with project teams to develop product, business and content strategies and product designs, and to manage outsourced projects.One of my key rolls is as the lead information architect for the enterprise Content Management System. In the first two quarters of 2011, we worked with our back end development teams to completely rebuild that system, and worked with teams throughout the business to design the tools and practices necessary to support a diverse news gathering and delivery business 24 hours a day, focusing on flexibility and stability. I was also the principle end user trainer on that project.

Designed, developed and managed social media products and strategies for teams across the Dispatch Media network; developed social media and community management guidelines and provided training and consultation on them; consulted on community product strategy business opportunities and trained newsroom and classified staff on social media outreach, reporting, relationship and online community development.
