Vp-Executive Recruiter
Current- Provide full service execution expertise for executive level, multi-disciplinary searches for roles above $200,000 base salary (approximately $300,000 total cash comp) in Wealth Management, Capital Markets, Human.
- Leads the recruitment strategy for multiple openings, from the initial research and planning phase, to candidate identification, assessment, development and presentation.
- Provides counsel and guidance to hiring managers during assessment, evaluation and selection of candidates and acts as primary negotiator and closer of selected finalists.
- Coaches executive-level candidates in career transitions, interview preparation and offer negotiation.
- Develops a strong understanding of LOB issues within the industry and utilizes knowledge in search planning for appropriate company targeting.
- Positions and effectively articulates the Wells Fargo employment brand. Interacts with and provides thought leadership to other executive recruiters within the Wells Fargo executive recruiter community.
