Providing account leadership to Schenker Logistics' largest customer across contract logistics (after market and finished goods) and all modes of transportation (air, ocean and land). Responsibilities include:- Definition of strategic direction with customer - Establishment of a global operations (after market and finished goods fulfillment) model facilitating best practice sharing, higher operating efficiency, lower cost and environmental benefits- Contract and commercial leadership across all modes globally- Management of a global account team across transportation and contract logisticsExpected account growth of 25% in 2015 versus 2014 primarily due to large expansion in after market services.

Providing business development and solutions leadership to Schenker's Contract Logistics business unit globally across all electronics customers. Responsibilities included:- Direct management of a global team of supply chain experts and indirect management of all electronics activities globally.- Definition and delivery of the strategic direction of the electronics vertical for contract logistics and established a PVMI (production vendor management inventory) and a Technical Services offering- Deal oversight of all new business opportunities in excess of 1.5MEUR annually- Solution and pricing oversight for strategic business opportunities- Expansion of key customers into new geographiesDelivered over 160MEUR in new business during 2011 - 2013 including the award of a global VMI program, a U.S. based 400 FTE reverse logistics operation, a key strategic deal for reverse logistics and finished goods in Istanbul and significant growth in the Mexico/Texas market. In addition, drove significant expansion in DB Schenker's reverse logistics and repair offerings.

Provided global leadership in business development activities including solution development and pricing for Schenker's top U.S. headquartered companies. Responsibilities included:- Global customer relationship management- IT oversight- Solution development- Commercial review- Deal negotiationsDuring these initial phases of Schenker's global and vertical alignment program, delivered Schenker's largest electronics win (at the time) for a new VMI hub in China and a new finished goods DC in the Czech Republic, which now operates in excess of 10MEUR annually.
