I was recruited to rebuild a fractured sales team, provide an outstanding customer experience and to deliver a stretch budget based on the significant growth potential of the Volvo brand.I achieved this through attracting talented sales professionals, quickly integrating them into the team by agreeing shared goals and values. I also introduced some fun to the working environment along the way. Together we then focussed on nailing the daily basic details with consistent processes whilst always striving for continual improvement and marginal gains.

Being successful in my previous role I have been moved over to our Lowestoft branch.My aim is to make Lowestoft the place to buy their Volkswagen. I was given the opportunity to help a site, with strong decision making and a lot of team work we turned the VW Van centre into a great place to work.I identified our market place and then built the business around it.
