Michael Dudar is a skilled project leader with 45 years’ experience in the planning, design, construction and project management of major facilities projects. Michael has developed significant leadership experience on complex projects requiring collaborative team efforts encompassing planning, design, engineering, construction and commissioning. Michael’s unique problem-solving and organizational abilities allow him to gain the support of diverse project teams and still deliver on-time, on-budget assignments. His experience ranges from complex, heavy industrial projects to federal Crown Corporation program management and project delivery, large high-profile police service facilities and most recently, very high-end commercial interior renovations/builds.Michael’s completed projects background ranges in geographical location from the Arctic to Africa, giving him unique in-sight into working with diverse cultural populations. His four years in Nigeria as an operational and project manager on significant infrastructure works, proved his expertise in managing multifaceted projects in the context of significant political, social and economic diversity. He has significant experience with long-distance project delivery and understands the necessity for clear and concise project communications.Michael is skilled at understanding the unique needs of client organizations. As a result, he is able to establish productive relationships with stakeholders, enablers and project sponsors in an effective, integrated fashion that leads to successful project delivery.As a volunteer, Michael is a former Director of Saskatchewan Applied Science Technologists and Technicians, former President and Director of the CN Curling Club in Saskatoon and most recently, Director of CURLSASK and CurlBC.
