My background includes managing personnel & materials and providing logistical support to operations, and material management. I also have strong networking experience, having worked with a variety of professionals and multinationals to reach a common goal (or to complete projects). I have successfully led teams of individuals in a variety of fields, including detailed security work.I have trained soldiers at a number of levels in a wide variety of areas such as junior management, tactical operations, pre-deployment training for peacekeeping operations and adventure sports. This training included both classroom and hands on instruction, mentorship of both commissioned and non-commissioned troops which routinely lead to regular after action meetings, ensuring safety in conduct of all training.I have led operational logistical patrols escorting munitions and equipment of a security nature as well as essential sustainment supplies such as food, water and fuel, often in quite hostile territory. I have managed an administrative and logistics operations centre providing logistical support to over 600 personnel.
