The RAM diplomatically discusses guest concerns/disputs to arrive at mutually agreeable problem resolution. The RAM also tracks, and responds to, all guest surveys and survey satisfaction scores.The Villa Experience Manager is unique to this property and is integrated into one of the two RAM positions within the Front Office. There are 29 high-end, luxury villas in 2 different townhouse-style "clusters", located in semi-private surroundings on the property. Villa guests are paying top-dollar and expect more than just nice accommodations. The VEM is a hands-on position, contacting/informing guests prior to their arrival and especially when they're on-location. During their stay, the VEM also functions as the go-to trouble-shooter, whenever needed.This 1,300 acre campus is composed of 4 unique styles of guest accommodations, totalling 700 rooms: the 4-Star/4-Diamond Grand Geneva Resort; the White River Villas (luxury stay); Timber Ridge Lodge & Waterpark and Holiday Inn Club Vacation, a timeshare operation that Grand Geneva manages. Additionally, there are 2 notable championship golf courses, an expansive Well Spa/Fitness Center, horse stables, a ski hill/chalet, 62,000 square feet of function space and an array of wonderful restaurants....all located in the rolling Wisconsin countryside, located 3 miles from Lake Geneva and about an hour from O'Hare and Milwaukee airports.
