All of the front-line employees are young adults with special needs, with supervisors and highly trained staff working in the back ground. What a FANTASTIC concept it is for IM to assist these lovely people to get into mainstream jobs and prepare them for even more things ahead!Christ calls us to help our brothers and sisters who are in need, and IM has risen-up to answer that call.
