5 things about me: 1) Previously I worked in low-income and affordable housing property management helping people find homes.2) Educating people whether it is how to use an application, how to find an Excel icon on their desktop, cybersecurity awareness, and how to use an application to make their job better and improve their lives. I once had a boss who couldn't find “Excel” on their desktop and I had to… 3) Recently, I have become very interested in content creation. It is a way to unleash the (creative) beast! Creating content has always been one of my favorite parts of various jobs. 4) Currently, I’m working on improving my Salesforce skills through Trailhead, certifications, participating in the community, and content creation (in the works). Also, I think a lot about how information security and data protection work in an organization with regard to culture and process. It is more than just firewalls and antivirus protection. 5) I like helping people and organizations do better, whether it is designing a process, providing instruction or awareness, or working with a team to find a solution to an issue.
