As TMT leader for Deloitte's Merger, Acquisition and Restructuring Services (MARS), he serves as a trusted advisor to executive management in solving problems and developing strategies to successfully support and execute M&A transactions in today's highly regulated business environment. Before rejoining Deloitte as a partner in 2007, Mike directed the merger and acquisition (M&A) finance activities and founded the corporate venture capital group of a multi-billion Euro, European-based technology manufacturer listed on both American and European exchanges. Mike has deep experience gained through multiple engagements relating to multi-billion dollar carve –out financial statements and purchase price allocation accounting including the push down of fair value within a multiple legal entity structure.
