Michael Dziczkowski has 30 years of business experience in both public accounting and private industry based in both the Netherlands and the United States. As TMT leader for Deloitte's Merger, Acquisition and Restructuring Services (MARS), he serves as a trusted advisor to executive management in solving problems and developing strategies to successfully support and execute M&A transactions in today's highly regulated business environment. Before rejoining Deloitte as a partner in 2007, Mike directed the merger and acquisition (M&A) finance activities and founded the corporate venture capital group of a multi-billion Euro, European-based technology manufacturer listed on both American and European exchanges. Mike has deep experience gained through multiple engagements relating to multi-billion dollar carve –out financial statements and purchase price allocation accounting including the push down of fair value within a multiple legal entity structure.
