In his 3 years on this project he held a number of roles delivering L&D transformation that deliver benefits in excess of £9m and the setting up of an internal consulting organisation.He held change management roles in back office transformation with a large UK retail organisation, implementation of ERP processes & technology with global pharmaceutical, and energy clients. In this time, Michael has developed expertise in the development of capability & behavioural development, comes & engagement and leadership alignment strategies as part of the overall change management programme. He has well developed stakeholder relationship building & management skills, the glue that binds effective change management activities together.Michael is also an extremely experienced workshop designer and facilitator, he has worked with a number of senior leadership teams, both client and internal.He has been involved in the design, delivery & management of leadership development programmes for target populations from 4 to 500 managers, from the board room to the shop floor. He has also coached in excess of 300 managers globally. He has led a global delivery team of facilitators and coaches that oversaw 150 change projects as part of a major global acquisition and integration programme. This included the reorganisation of the sales structure and overall global reorganisation.
