I am an analytically-minded professional who thrives in constantly changing work environments. Creative problem solving is one of my greatest strengths in terms of developing strategies, as well as in terms of developing people. As a leader I am pragmatic and matter-of-fact, meaning I appreciate genuine collaboration and camaraderie but will always maintain focus on the problem at hand.
