Managed the City’s Work/Asset Management Software. In addition, I oversaw Communications/PR for Public Works and Human Resources, including working with local media outlets and releasing important information to the public and emergency personnel.  Responsible for creating content for the City’s website, social media accounts and local publications.  Provided regular customer service to residents through in person contact, public events, phone calls and email. Responsible for a wide-range of areas: business development, operations, sales, digital marketing, search engine optimization, inventory management and design. Built the company's traffic to over 150,000 visitors per month. Social media accounts were built into the thousands without any advertising dollars. I also organized and led a Get Better Today baseball clinic made up of 20-30 elementary aged kids. I created Get Better TV in Nov. of 2012, an Internet show for young Christians. The show had up to 800 live viewers and averaged anywhere from 180-250 people.

My responsibilities included managing our company's Google advertising, digital marketing and advertising/website copywriting. I worked in daily cooperation with senior staff and customer service team. Created and edited a large number of marketing/informational videos for multiple Millicorp products. I compiled important data for the company's CEO that included: ad expenses, cost of customer acquisition and cost per click. Increased MilliTalk's Facebook fan page by 73% and Twitter following by 266% in less than a year.
