• Founding technology lead of Uptime2020, an election-year program to provide reliability sprints, rapid response deployments, and embeds of engineers, designers and product managers. • Ran hiring and management process, resulting in the onboarding of 20 engineers, product managers, and designers from both the public and private sectors to support our partner organizations.• Worked with over 25 companies essential to 2020 voter outreach and protection, addressing more than 50 critical security vulnerabilities, as well as software and program challenges.
