About Michael Eggert

I am a Tax Managing Director in San Diego and I have more than 30 years of public accounting experience. My entire practice and I joined CBIZ MHM, LLC in 2016. My technical expertise is in providing tax and consulting services to privately held companies. I have experience in a variety of industries, including real estate, technology, professional services, and construction. I work extensively with pass-through entities and has aided many clients in structuring syndications, tiered partnerships, tax-deferred exchanges and other tax-advantaged strategies. I am a member of the AICPA and the California Society of CPA’s. I am also a member of NAIOP San Diego and the Burnham-Moores Center for Real Estate at the University of San Diego.
