• Supported over 300 point of sale, ticketing, and information management locations running software suites including Aloha, Galaxy AC, Retail Pro, InfoGenesis, Tangent, ResortSuite, and IBM AS/400.• Preformed level 2 troubleshooting on any hardware, software, and networking issues that arose on PC’s throughout the resort.• Received training in and covered shifts for Help Desk positions, also gained experience in customer service relations through this.
