This project implemented a brand new Unico product – Mobile Entitlements and Websheet Server (MEWS) for the Apple iWatch 3. The project also included the integration of MEWS with a major Australian Telco’s Mobile Phone Provisioning systems. The Project was initially estimated at approx. 9 – 11 months duration, however, was successfully delivered in 6 months in September 2017 in time for the Australian retail launch of Apple iWatch 3. Apple recognised this project as the best global implementation of mobile entitlement and provisioning of the iWatch 3.• Project Recovery (Project Global)Took over Project Global as Project / Iteration Manager. This was a sizeable agile project that was currently underway to deliver a web-based predictive retail purchasing recommendation engine MVP for a significant Australian Retailer. However, the project had greatly exceeded the schedule, budget and was subject to several significant quality issues. Successfully recovered and implemented the Project and rapidly improved communications with the Customer, and motivated the demoralised Project team. -

Not only were the MDS compliance dates achieved for RollOvers In / Out, but substantial efficiencies were realised for the CFSCS back-office processing of RollOvers. • Implementing Substantial New Functionality – Model Portfolio’sThe Model Portfolio’s Project was an agile project over 9 months, which involved implementing substantial new functionality on the web-based CFSCS Wrap Platform to provide Advisers, Dealers, and Customers with greater efficiencies via an ability to use Model Portfolio’s for automated online trading of Managed Funds, Shares and Cash.
