I began working with Rubicon as outside counsel prior to the company’s first acquisition. After assisting Rubicon’s founders with acquisition due diligence and planning post-close reorganization, I joined the company as General Counsel to create and lead a cost-effective legal department as the company grew from a small founding group to over 1,000 employees globally through 7 acquisitions.
