I've led the team through Oda's most ambitious scale-up period, including surviving Corona and explosive growth, international expansion to Finland and Germany, profitability and an expansion pivot, and most recently a successful merger with our Swedish counterpart Mathem. An interaction designer at my core, I love well-designed structures, logic, and frameworks that show us the way forward. I have been a UX researcher, product manager, design manager, product strategist. I love the product challenge as much as the people challenge. I write and present well. In my previous life I was a design consultant in Oslo and San Francisco. I helped companies across industries find new ways to grow: strategies, finding insights, and shipping services and products: services, car interfaces, TV, consumer electronics, mobile, video collaboration, and finance.
