Assist in the management of assigned A/V Projects. Review project schedules with project managers and make any necessary changes as directed. Provide weekly reports on project status and upcoming milestones. Facilitate project team meetings and distribute meeting minutes. Involved in the daily creation of project budget and purchase order documentation to help track the project’s financial progress. Assist in the coordination of shipments and invoices according to project milestone dates.Involved in the “Cuartel De Ballaja” Projection Mapping Project as the “Video Projection Specialist”. Installed (4) Christie Roadie Projectors and worked with the company “7th Sense” to configure and deploy the project mapping attraction.

Responsible for installation, repair, maintenance and support of CDS products, digital projection systems as well as related OSA and Interactive media systems equipment. Provide technical telephone and field support and process trouble call tickets and parts processing. Also responsible for technical support of specialized internal applications, inventory management, software distribution / upgrade and supporting administrative tasks.

Manage Project procurement & support for Itec Entertainment under SMART Ride, Inc. Projects include Universal Studios Japan code “Peachy” project, Universal Studios Singapore’s Revenge of the Mummy Attraction and the Billy Graham Library. Involved in procurement of ride system materials and assisted in fabrication of systems prior to installation at attraction locations.

Managed the attraction's Preventative Maintenance system to include: writing work procedures, reviewing and implementing in accordance to OEM manuals, Universal Orlando Engineering, QC, OSHA and Standard Amusement Park Practices. Tracked equipment usage and failures. Initiated other PM's / Work Orders, with proper work procedures, in the prevention of equipment breakdown.Scheduled Preventative Maintenance work orders on a daily basis according to the resources at hand. Worked closely with ride supervisor in planning PM's and repair projects and recommend a shift of resources when necessary. Provided a detailed scope of work, written procedures and estimated time, materials and resources needed for all project repair work.

Performed periodic inspections and preventative maintenance towards ride and show A/V systems. Inspections include testing, cleaning, replacement, verification and/or calibration of applicable control circuits. Diagnosed system failures and provided immediate and long-term corrective actions. Involving researching defective components and instructional information to complete the repair process when required. This entailed logical extensive troubleshooting, referencing of technical drawings/manuals and specifications.

Involved in the installation and responsible for the maintenance and operation of the 8/70 Motion Master Simulation theater for Guinness Book of World Records Attraction in Orlando, FL. The position also involved troubleshooting and maintaining other attraction equipment such as an A/V interactive theater and game center. Also provided technical solutions to immediate issues during operation.

Involved in installation and responsible for the maintenance and operation of the 15/70 projection system and associated sound sources. The theater consisted of a Spitz 79ft Dome, Iwerks 15/70 Projector combined with a DTS Sound System. The position also involved troubleshooting and operating auxiliary projection systems, a Digistar II Planetarium system and theater automation system. Responsibility for all aspects of film handling including editing and repair, cleaning, assembly and shipping. Updated and maintained theater equipment inventory according to financial budget.
