Swisslux was looking for a person that was not just an IT-guy, but has some experience in marketing as well. At that time, they were transitioning to a new PIM (product information management). I joined Swisslux to take on building and implementing this new system. Following PIM I took over an even bigger project: The introduction of a new ERP-system. In collaboration with key stakeholders inside and outside the company, we successfully launched the new system after re-designing and updating all core business processes including international purchasing, logistics, production, sales and accounting.

Winterthur

To bring a month between jobs to good use, I consulted a start-up company building their website and social media strategy. I supported the creation of the new web-appearance from the first draft to the finished product.

Streets, tunnels, bridges and other public infrastructure needs to be properly maintained. Together with the müllerchur-team I worked with governmental administrations to bring more transparency to their processes and cost structures. We distributed a proprietary software solution to simplify capturing time- and material data as well as mobile solutions for GPS-assisted winter-service administration.
