Identify, direct and develop projects for theatrical producing partnership: assemble and mentor creative teams; design appropriate working process; develop casting; shepherd projects through to fruition; create and put into operation all budgets; discern and implement long term goals; develop and maintain funding and investment prospects; extend sponsorship opportunities; negotiate all contracts with respective unions, agents, individuals and vendors. Projects include: "8 is Enough" - National Arts Club, The Duplex, Joe's Pub; "Waiter, Waiter" - New York Fringe Festival, The Public Theater; "The Screams of Kitty Genovese" - New York Music Theater Festival; Tête à Tête Opera Festival (London), Festival Fringe (Edinburgh).

Aid and abet the development of new writers and new work for internationally known Tony Award winning theater. More than 30 new works, the majority of which went on to further productions across the United States and abroad, including 2004 Tony Award winner for Best Musical "Avenue Q"; Richard Rodgers Award winner "The Tutor"; Maltby/Shire’s "Take Flight" (with Marsha Norman); Kirsten Childs’ "The Bubbly Black Girl Sheds Her Chameleon Skin"; "Radiant Baby," based on the life of artist Keith Haring; Andrew Lippa’s "The Wild Party"; Joe Masteroff and Howard Marren’s "Paramour"; "The Boswell Sisters" by Stuart Ross and Mark Hampton among many others. Responsibilities: mentor and shepherd artists throughout developmental process; assemble creative teams and develop working process. Design, analyze and implement budgets for multi-million dollar non-profit arts organization; approve all expenditures; develop immediate as well as long term strategic plans for growth and stability, including New Producer’s Initiative and collaborative Lab; cultivate new and existing funding opportunities; advise Artistic Director on issues of fiscal health, and future development as well as direct reporting to Executive Director. Hired, negotiated/contracted and supervised a seasonal staff of 75+.

Production Stage Manger for major long-running Off-Broadway show, responsible for preserving the integrity of nightly performance as well as managing and maintaining all physical aspects of the show including but not limited to: importing necessary specialty products through UK, customs, carnets, cross-border trucking and freight, extensive management of multi-company supply warehouse, as well as supervision of one international and two cross-national tours. 200+ staff and technical personnel for four companies trained and supervised by me through NY-based production.
