Logistics Management (International): Plan and manage international transport operations for bulk air cargo shipments on behalf of K+N branch offices serving customers primarily based in the southwest region of the United States. Recognized by management for consistently achieving lower costs, including by tendering cargo at the Unit Load Device (ULD) containerization buildup level to achieve maximum discounts. Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) to support internal customers based at other K+N branch offices by providing the most competitive options to secure business for clients’ projects requiring air shipment. Recognized for successfully building productive relationships with air cargo management teams of major airlines.

Design and implement performance improvement processes to maintain reliable service delivery in the future while increasing profits. The Southwest Region Gateway coordinates exports in excess of 750,000 kg. monthly.
