Established in 2013, M.E. Retail Consulting is a Boutique Consulting Firm that provides full service retail business solutions from an experienced group of industry professionals. Relocated to Central California and increased market sales 6% over LY vs. a company result of -12%. -Talent Planning & Development: Worked closely with company recruiters to help upgrade current talent and fill open positions with top talent in the West Coast region. Mentored home store manager who was promoted into my position when I left. Planned seasonal Store Manager meetings to reinforce company vision and introduce new focuses. -Merchandising: Attended corporate floor sets and worked closely with merchandising team on overcoming in-store obstacles which resulted in more effective floor sets. -Operations: Key partner in the creation of the Policy and Procedures manual utilizing my best practices and experience making processes more efficient.
