As Machine Judge, I logged voters onto voting machines and provided them with the appropriate ballot style. As Roster Judge, I prevent election fraud by determining whether voters have proper identification, finding names in the poll books, and determine whether prospective voters are allowed to vote at my location. Then I send voters to their correct polling location, the provisional ballot table, or a machine judge.

Assisted Regular employees during the first week of academic quarters, when almost every student was buying text-books and supplies. Learned to operate the cash-register and properly accept payments, arranged new merchandise on shelves, and discouraged retail fraud before they changed their policy my last work stint and quit checking in backpacks and parcels.

Updated OCLC records for a series of microfiche cards containing Yiddish children’s books, a series of Yiddish “classic literature” on microfiche, and a collection of very old, rare books in German, Dutch, and a few other languages. Also created a MS Excel table of duplicate copies of Hebrew and Yiddish materials in the Jewish studies collection.
