Michael is a seasoned leader with over 19 years of experience in various fields, including advisory services, mergers and acquisitions, dental care, software, and alternative investments. He is the President of three companies: Aptus Exchange LLC, Aptus Inc., and Webster Dental Care. He holds an Executive MBA from the University of Notre Dame and a Bachelor's Degree in Economics and Business from Virginia Military Institute.As President of Aptus Exchange, Michael leads a team of professionals who provide comprehensive management consulting, marketing, practice valuation, succession planning, and business brokerage to clients in the health care sector. He leverages his expertise in M&A and advisory services to create value for both buyers and sellers in a digital marketplace that is safe, secure, and profitable. As President of Aptus Inc., Michael oversees portfolio companies, real estate, equities and bonds. He invests in businesses related to software, advisory services, brand strategy, hotel, and dental practice management. As President of Webster Dental Care, Michael manages 10 practice locations that employ over 270 staff and offer high-quality dental services to the Chicagoland area. He is responsible for all major decisions and strategic planning for the company, as well as operations, marketing, business development, finance, and human resources.Michael is a former U.S. Army Captain who served in the military from 2001 to 2012. He was in charge of military operations in medicine and safety for more than 200 soldiers. He has traveled the world extensively and developed personal and business contacts in various countries. He is a member of several prestigious organizations, such as YPO, Legatus, EHOSJ, and the George C. Marshall Order. He is also a certified coach and a member of the International Honor Societies in Economics and Business.
