As part of the Sports Authority team, along with selling footwear to customers based on their current needs, increased sales and customer service experience by demonstrating and recommending additional items to the clientele.

Supervised and trained new team members in the logistics process while also taking a leadership role to effectively run a smooth and organized flow of product. Furthermore, while working alone or as part of the logistics team, strikingly increased the location accuracy of products in the merchandise area to allow other team members to locate items quickly to increase sales.

As a cashier, helped assist customers on their checkout process, elicit feedback on their shopping experience and use that information for future improvements.
