Redesigned the companies entire product line moving away from old, slow push button hand dryers to a full line of new innovative models. Innovations included the most compact high speed hand dryer on the market (EXTREMEAIR GXT), the first hand dryer with Cold Plasma technology (EXTREMEAIR CPC), the most energy efficient high speed hand dryer (EXTREMEAIR EXT).Lead the engineering team to develop a new circuit board for the above dryers that added the industries first Universal Voltage and Adjustable Sound and Speed technology.Other achievements included the design and patenting of the ADA wall guard, a product that makes any hand dryer ADA compliant without restricting its performance. Designed the GLOBAL series hand dryer - the most affordable hand dryer made in the USA at the time. Finally, designed the ADVANTAGE series mid-line hand dryer using most of the same inventory of parts from the other dryers to streamline operations.
