I also prospected and built relationships with key decision makers and clients to build trust and learn about their hiring process. Maintaining candidate pipeline and logging all activities in the database was also a key part of my role, as was recruiting active and passive candidates for Salesforce project work through platforms like LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.Before that, I was a Recruiter at Flight Centre Travel Group, The Americas, where I sourced active and passive candidates using resume search tools (LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.). I reduced staffing agency costs by 70% in my first year and led the team in close rate at a 30 day average close. I worked hand in hand with hiring managers developing a plan to hire, conducted 1st and 2nd round interviews to get an idea of the candidate’s skillset and cultural fit, and provided professional feedback to hiring managers post-interview. I also managed our job board and our Applicant Tracking System, posted jobs daily to bring in the best and most available talent, presented offers to candidates, and worked through salary negotiations.Earlier in my career, I was a Permanent Recruiter at Robert Half -The Creative Group, where I recruited candidates through on-campus workshops, professional portfolios, and social media.
