Tecnical Manager, IT System Manager and owner of the Arlanda Airport, Parking and Mooring System hardware.It is my responsibility (both economic and DoU) that all entrance, exit, tollbooth/ vending machine and parking system is fully functional and due to that the expetated revenue is according to expertations.To be handle this I use the SkiData and other systems delivered by Swarco.In this system I have a live real time system to update (E.g. availability), reports (E.g. performance/errors & economy) error handling and video cameras.To my help I have 4 techniques and one admin that I prioritize the work for to be able to meet the different requirement on my department.Allso IT System manager from 01Sep2017.

System Manager for EDISS (Effective Dialog In Station and Sales). EDISS is a sales system used by SAS Customer Call Centers outsourced to Sykes, SAS Sales Support Offices and in SAS Sales offices in Airports around the world. EDISS is a "front" to a number of back-end systems such as Amadeus, EBMS, CODS and many Web services. The application is today developed in and running on 32-bit QIK-2 version customized for SAS (QIK-2 is QUANTAS Intelligent Keypad).The standard used for communication with Amadeus is TN3270E.

Project work: I have worked as Requirement Specialist, Requirement analyses, Test requirements and validations of tests (all according to IBM’s RUP) for the past eleven years. The work requires tight communications with developers in Nice (Amadeus), UK (Aimia) and SAS commercial department.I have worked intensely (the past four years) with SAS NDP (New Distribution Platform) that has replaced SAS booking and inventory systems with Amadeus Altea Customer Management solution and replaced SAS former Internet platform (Fastlane) with Amadeus e-Retail. My main focus was SAS Frequent flyer online booking platform for Award bookings and creation of web services and application to convert currency (SEK) to EuroBonus points.I am the person who will take the requirements from the business and maps them to the XX system and ensure that XX delivers the expectations of business. I also guide the technical team (developers) in understanding the requirements and ensures that they code the developments/reports etc to deliver the expected output.
