My background with McKinsey & Company along with operating roles running businesses and sales teams has provided a great foundation for the work I do.Over the past 12+ years with Blue Ridge Partners, I have focused almost exclusively on helping companies drive top line growth through stronger go-to-market (GTM) models and sales force effectiveness.With over 800 clients, we have a base of knowledge and benchmarks that allow us to quickly assess the opportunities for improved revenue growth and design new sales models and approaches that can significantly improve sales performance.
