Managed ten loan officers and two loan processors from origination through underwriting approval, closing, and funding. Directed monthly loan pipeline of 20-25 closed loans totaling $2.5-3M. Oversaw daily pipeline management, branch compliance, vendor management, product and process training, file audit (pre-submission, pre-closing, pre-funding), cancellations, supply orders, bank deposits, and invoice payments.

Marketed wholesale mortgage products to mortgage brokers and bankers throughout South Carolina. Recruited and managed network of 35 mortgage brokers and mortgage bankers in SC. → Placed in Top Producers Club for 10 consecutive months in 2003.→ Exceeded 2003 goal 32%, generating $125M in loans.→ Ranked in top 1/3 of producers nationally for closed loans.→ Overcame negative corporate perception in territory from previous territory manager.
