Provide a client's Training Delivery Services (TDS) with IT support, including managing local physical workstations, file servers, and print servers, such as identifying, analyzing, and effecting the resolution of hardware, software, and network problems, installing, configuring, testing, and maintaining training content software, installing cable systems, and connecting and integrating ECR workstations, system testing, system and user documentation, and administrator and user training. Analyze and maintain site-specific configuration documentation, including installation guides for images and applications, configuration guides for servers and workstations, such as physical or virtual, step-by-step work breakdown structure for tasks performed, artifacts for the development of the required certification and accreditation packages, quality assurance of the compliance posture, and compliance with licensing agreements. Use a Navy-designated service management system to record and track all work performed, record detailed and qualified resolutions in the system, and comply with the change request process to ensure changes to the enterprise are in accordance with the configuration management (CM) process. Manage Electronic Classroom (ECR) site preparation surveys and ECR site installations to address future training delivery infrastructure and new or modified ECR requirements.
