I have spent 20+ years working in games as an engineering leader. I have been in leadership roles on multiple genre-defining, billion dollar franchises. I have been in technical leadership roles on Halo 1, Halo 2, Overwatch and VALORANT. I have had the great fortune to have worked with many exceptional engineers and to have brought joy to millions of players.I consider my primary talents to include core engineering fundamentals, building and leading high performing teams, focus on the customer and the ability to learn new skills. I have worked on the PC, consoles as well as games as a service.Over the last 7 years I built the VALORANT technical foundation, hired the core engineering team and was the technical lead for that game. Most recently after the successful launch of VALORANT I moved into a company-wide technical leadership role as a distinguished engineer.I love how games connect us as people. I want to change the world. I believe you do that by a combination of thoughtful planning, hard work and taking advantage of the luck the world gives you.
