Moved to Security and Privacy teams to accelerate “top of funnel” needs for urgent FTC-related roles primarily focused on SWE, QA, PM Management, and Staff level roles.Metrics include #1 producer for all of Twitter Ads space with over 25 OA and top 5 Twitter overall. Over 90%* submit-to-interview; exceeded D&I metrics.Designed and implemented a new “top of funnel” sourcing process created around a broken system greatly increasing time-to-fill and leading to top sourcing metrics (OE and OA) for the year 2021.In order to hit incredibly high #'s, I created and implemented a new program including a video recording that reduced the screening times from 20 to 15 min or less. In doing so, it also led to a better candidate experience increasing overall metrics and hires. Another means of creatively finding methods to hire more with less involved rolling out an internal program involving more Sr staff to assist in moving through "top of funnel" objectives and hence leading to overwhelmingly high onsite or final virtual interviews which of course leads to quicker and more hires...with less. -
