Oversee and ensure performance of:9-person digital press department covering 3 presses 24/7, running substrate, polycarbonate sheets, ACM composite material, films, vinyls, coroplast, point board, styrenes, gator board, PVCs, and acrylics.8-person finishing department working two shifts performing vinyl, printing, plotting and weeding. Lamination, mounting, trimming, collating, acrylic bending/forming, framing, and stretching canvases.5-person C&C Routing/Laser/Zund department covering two shifts cutting substrates from paper to polycarbonates and acrylics. 3-person quality assurance department responsible for quality control ensuring standards and shipping readiness.4-person logistics and warehousing department coordinating warehousing and movement of supplies/substrates to appropriate department. Additionally, coordinates packaging and method of shipping. Coordinate project stages and various project details with other departments that include prototyping, wood shop / installation, metal / lighting, and customer service.Set production schedule and ensure resources to complete jobs. Work with Nutis Press personnel to coordinate machine use. Hire and train personnel, including temporary support during high capacity periods. Monitor and ensure adherence to agreed-upon deadlines. Provide direction to 3-person quality control crew require to check storefront panels prior to shipping, help collate orders, and manage flow of work from routing / finishing to shipping / crating. Check for new work orders, reconcile shipped orders, and set up daily schedule. Walk plant and assess progress and status of production jobs.

Oversaw international door-to-door shipping and receiving of products and tracked stock for 5-building campus. Worked with general contractors on delivery times and locations; accounted for challenges such as special times for deliveries and crate size allowances. Managed inventory and warehousing. Collected finished products and packed / prepped for shipping. Reconciled orders received, entered received items into inventory, and stocked shelves. Ordered shipping supplies and equipment for department. Ensured supplies reached respective presses and departments.
