Manages 330 technology professionals responsible for large-scale enterprise service operations supporting SOCOM, its Theater Special Operations Commands, Data Centers, Joint Services and Regional Support Centers, supporting over 75K users worldwide. Ensures the service level is aligned with the customer's vision and expectations and delivered to internal and external customers; develops and builds highly qualified cross-functional teams; Implements strategic solutions for communications and special requirements, capability gaps, and problematic areas.
