-Communicated benefits and features to the customer with consistent and creative copy on product pages and landing pages.-Simplified the customer journey with clear, concise messaging at every step; from FAQs to the basket.-Collaborated with the Brand, Marketing, Trade and Commercial teams to maximise messaging; targeting specific audiences with engaging content while meeting SEO and tone of voice requirements.-Produced sales campaign messaging for Black Friday, Christmas, Boxing Day, New Year and other seasonal events. -Proofread and sub-edited copy, including user surveys, product features and product descriptions.-Created, edited and managed a range of online content using HTML within Sitecore.

-Created, edited and managed content using software and systems such as Prism, Sitecore and Filezilla.-Copywriting for marketing and SEO purposes across a variety of platforms and sites, including Betfred's sister company, Totesport.-Implemented marketing campaigns and promotions using creative copy and imagery.-Design work using Photoshop.-Managed and updated Totesport's Twitter account with engaging, entertaining and relevant content.
