Side project (not the food delivery service)My family loves fresh food, and we do almost all our shopping at farmers' markets. Trouble is, they change dates, times, and locations, making a stop at the market pretty confusing. Searching the internet leads to a list of markets, but has no context. There is no telling what's open, or even in existence.Born was Freshly, a better way to shop farmers. Freshly is in NYC and San Francisco, and has over 600 markets that appear on the site by when you want them, today, tomorrow, or this week.A side project is always a good way to blow off steam, so I continuously iterate and add more to Freshly, treating it as a learning experience. Next up, Freshly will expand to cover all of the US.www.shopfreshly.com

Responsible for leading service and product strategy and design across the New York Fjord studio. Co-created the Fintech and Start Up Business Group, trying to make dollars and founders think more human.

I was fortunate enough to spend time in both the New York and San Francisco offices of AKQA. The years at AKQA included work with Google and Google+, Visa, JP Morgan Chase, Verizon and Kraft. With a spotlight on usability, utility and delight, my focus was on product strategy and design, along with a constant emphasis on storytelling. I'm thrilled to have been a part of several agency of the year wins, including Adweek's inclusion of the Google Creative Sandbox project.

I took a co-starring role as one of two creative leads on the worldwide Gillette online account.We played a large role in shifting the way Gillette handled online advertising, and started making roads into interactive design outside of the browser as well.

Traveling to San Francisco, I worked as a contract art and creative director. I provided team leadership and conceptual development on a project basis to several companies including Organic, Receiver Design and more.

Leading the creative teams for clients including Bank of Montreal, Samsung, and GSK, I dealt on a daily basis with the clients, the account team, development, and our own creatives; from art director and writer teams to designers and interns.I worked on several pitches while here, winning Samsung, Future Shop and Para Paint. A particular project I am proud of is leading the visual rebrand of University of Windsor including teams from across Cossette designing for mass, direct, online, and even movie theaters.

Healthcare start up creating web-based bed management software for some of the country's largest hospitals. I was the design lead for our small front end team, working hand in hand with the engineering department and client.

One of the original online education start-ups, years ahead of it's time. Designed and built online education products for major companies including Volvo.
