At STERIS AST, my role as a Laboratory Test Engineer leverages a deep understanding of environmental testing and product reliability, particularly in the medical device arena. My expertise encompasses a variety of testing protocols, recognised industry standards and customer SOP, ensuring that the testing meet the highest standards of safety and compliance.My commitment to quality and innovation is demonstrated throughout, with a strong foundation in technical support, project planning and customer experience, to deliver exceptional solutions by ensuring that every product can withstand the rigors of real-world application.Additional administrative skills in this role, also involved record keeping and subsequent completion of a final test report writing using Microsoft Word, which utilised data created charts using Microsoft Excel.As part of ongoing continious improvment processes I was also involed in updating process flows and internal documents leading later to in person training and / or utilising Microsoft Powerpoint and Microsoft Teams applications.
